When is it possible to make a booking?
Reservations can be done 24/7, through our booking form.
The sooner you book your transfers, the easier it will be for us to satisfy your request.
We even accept last-minute bookings, or day-before or same-day transfers, but in this case we might not be able to confirm the transfer.

How can I contact your operators?
In this page you can find all the ways to interact with our agents. If you have any doubts before departure please use the form, email address, or phone numbers. However, if you have problems or need assistance in France, please call us at one of the phone numbers given above.

When does payment take place?
You will pay the driver upon arrival at destination. It is not possible to prepay the transfers, unless agreed to do so by e-mail or phone with our operators.

Where I will wait for the driver?
If you have booked a transfer from the airport to Paris, the driver will wait for you at the arrivals gate, inside the airport, with a clearly visible sign with your last name.
If you have booked a service from Paris to the airport, the driver will be at the pick-up place at the agreed time, usually 3 hours before departure of your flight if the airport is Roissy Charles de Gaulle or Orly, and 3.30 hours if it is Beauvais.

I have children with me: how much they pay?
Children, regardless of age are considered as all other passengers by French laws, and therefore there can be no reductions for children.
Please note that all passengers have to fasten their seatbelts, as required by French laws.

I have no Euros with me, can I pay with other currencies?
No, only payments in Euros cash are accepted. If you have no Euros with you, you can easily draw money from the cash machines in the aiport, or change money at the Foreign Exchange Offices inside the airports.

How long does it take to get to Paris?
Paris airports are located about 45 minutes from the center, except Beauvais airport, which is located further away, about 70 minutes. The times of course can change depending on traffic and time of the day of the transfer.

I need to change the reservation. How can I do it?
In this case you must contact us by e-mail (with subject: AMENDMENT) clearly specifying the nature of the amendment.
If this falls within the 24 hours prior to your arrival, in addition to sending an e-mail you should also call our contact numbers. If no amendment is communicated, the agreed details and conditions, including the total price to be paid remain the same.

My flight is delayed. What should I do?
In the event that the delay of flights is less than an hour, it is not necessary to inform us, as our drivers monitor the status of your flight constantly thanks to the data provided. If your flight is delayed for more than one hour, please inform us with a phone call, and we'll inform the driver.

My flight arrived, but I have problems with customs or baggage claim: what to do?
Just after landing, please turn on your mobile phone. In this way, our driver or our operators will contact you and ask for updates on the situation. If there are delays or problems, please do not hesitate to contact us by phone.

I missed my flight: what should I do?
In this case you must notify our operators over the phone as soon as. We will cancel the transfer without penalty. Following the verbal communication, you should also send an e-mail requesting the cancellation of the service (subject: CANCELLATION).
Of course, contact your airline as soon as possible.

I need to cancel my reservation, how can I do that?
Simply contact us and request cancellation of the service.
If this is done within 24 hours before your flight, it is also necessary to cancel by telephone and then confirm the cancellation by e-mail (subject: CANCELLATION).
Otherwise, the only e-mail is enough, although it is suggested that you contact our telephone operators in any case.
